Post-Christmas thoughts

It’s 1:08am (well, it’ll be later when I finish the post). I originally intended on sleeping at 11:30, but I ended up rolling around in my bed with awful difficulty breathing and a throbbing migraine. I don’t know why.

Anyway, I’ll take this awake time to talk about Christmas.

This Christmas was a bit off for me. I felt it waning last year, but the magical Christmas spirit that people often talk about around this time of year was mostly, if not all, dead for me. I don’t know why.

On another note, this is the first Christmas — perhaps a rude awakening and a reason for my lack of enthusedness into the season — that I’ve spent without a certain someone. I don’t know if this is a good or a bad thing.

As a whole, I don’t know what to make of Christmas 2011.

Boxing day shopping was alright. I got myself some new clothes, including a hoodie with this split mid collar area that makes it super comfortable around the neck.
